With all such communications, please include:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner. If an agent is providing the notification, please include a statement that the agent is authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and specific information reasonably sufficient to permit Joygage, Inc. to locate the material.

Joygage, Inc. will respond to all correspondence within five business days.

• If Joygage, Inc. is not able to determine that Joygage, Inc. is permitted to use the work(s) in question, Joygage will cease providing access to the work until or unless it can determine that such uses are permitted.
• Joygage, Inc. may work with outside parties to make determinations about appropriate use. Depending on these determinations, Joygage, Inc. may restrict access to the work(s) in question or remove them completely from Joygage, Inc.’s systems.
