What is Joygage?
Joygage is an interactive service that helps improve brain health in all individuals. We focus on spreading awareness about preserving brain health as we grow older.
While memory and cognitive abilities in individuals naturally grows weaker as they get older, there are very accessible ways to help and prevent faster decay that don’t require excess medical expenses. Our goal is to help older individuals maintain a healthy lifestyle and a healthy brain.
Joygage started with the initial mission to help individuals living with Alzheimer’s and Dementia. Our founder, Craig Fowler, saw the need for a service that helped those individuals be able to exercise their brain daily after spending much of his life focused on Alzheimer’s and Dementia research and action after his mother, Wanda Fowler, was diagnosed.
While Joygage started with the initial mission of helping primarily individuals living with Alzheimer’s and Dementia live more fulfilling lives, we have since seen a much greater need amongst the general population to spread awareness about brain health to people who are experiencing mild memory impairment and are at risk of further decline. We understand that the idea of brain health weakening as we get older can be scary to many, but using proper tools and changing simple lifestyle habits can all influence our brain’s ability to retain its strength and function, even as we get older.
By taking out quiz, we can help you on your journey to a healthier brain and a better life. Joygage isn’t only a service helping you to improve your life with tips, we also have an app that helps to exercise your brain with various activities including music, low-impact exercise, sleep improvement, games, and more.
At Joygage, we believe everyone, regardless of age, can live a fulfilling and fun life. Our goal is to erase the misconception that as we get older we won’t be able to do as much cognitively, and instead, make sure you’re enjoying every minute of your life and not having to worry about one of the things that matters most: your brain.
